Advising clients in relation to a variety of transactions on developing IT systems, which comprise both hardware and standard software supplies, as well as development of custom software or individual customization of software to clients’ specific needs. We help customers also to conclude necessary transactions on maintenance and service of their IT systems. Providing conclusions and advice on performing an agreement related IT systems both to customers and suppliers, as well as assisting in finding a solution for protection of the clients’ interests and rights, for example, in case of non-performance or improper performance of the contract. Advising clients on various issues related to operation of specific IT systems, as well as provision of information to clients about the latest changes in the regulatory framework.
