Advising clients on the regulatory framework for electricity generation and heat production, transmission and sale, representation of clients concerning necessary licensing issues in the Public Utilities Commission and the Ministry of Economy, in relationship with the Joint Stock Company „Latvenergo”, municipalities and other buyers of energy, provision of the necessary support in the proceedings of the mandatory electricity purchase, performance of the legal examination of transactions of purchase of energy projects, provision of representation in court proceedings related to the energy sector.
