Sigita Kravale
Sigita provides legal assistance to local and foreign clients in construction, real estate development, acquisition and sale issues.
Sigita has considerable litigation experience in multiple complicated employment disputes, where the conclusions drawn by the court have been of importance for further development of case law and rich experience in advising clients on various significant employment issues of daily importance, drafting of necessary documents, including employment and management contracts, internal work regulations, collective agreements, other internal regulations, by-laws and corporate policy. Sigita is also advising on issues concerning individual employment relationship termination proceedings, collective redundancies, issues concerning company takeover and development of various loyalty and convenience programs and option agreements.
