Attorneys at Law “Liepa, Skopina/BORENIUS” was established June 2003 by merging the law offices of Lauris Liepa and Laine Skopina.

The law office of L.Liepa was cooperating with the Finnish law firm Borenius & Kemppinen already since 2000.

After the merger of the law offices of Lauris Liepa and Laine Skopina, a new law firm, which was part of the Borenius Group emerged.

As for today, Attorneys at Law Liepa, Skopiņa/BORENIUS employs 26 lawyers (11 sworn advocates, and 4 – assistant sworn advocates) and administrative stuff consisting of 5 employees. Liepa, Skopina/BORENIUS is among Latvia’s leading law firms.

Since July 2009 the law office has five partners: Lauris Liepa, Laine Skopina, Indrikis Liepa, Gatis Flinters and Ieva Azanda.

Cooperation between the law offices of the Borenius Group is of major importance for the daily activities of the company.
