Office assists in completion of Abbott Solvay Pharmaceuticals integration process in Latvia

After acquisition of Solvay Pharmaceuticals at the beginning of year 2010, Abbott all over the world, including in Latvia, carried out the integration of the acquired business with the Abbott entities.

Liepa, Skopiņa/ BORENIUS helped to carry out the respective integration process in Latvia, inter alia, consulted on corporate, tax, employment and pharmaceutical issues, as well as prepared the necessary documents and provided other legal assistance thereof.
