The fund management company „Zaļās Gaismas Investīcijas” (ZGI) signed five new investment contracts in the total amount of 1,8 million lats on November.
One of them „ZGI fund”, managed by ZGI, signed with SIA Izdevniecība Lilita about investment of 700 000 lats. In this case both the parties concluded an agreement to establish a new company SIA „Izdevniecība Lilita Z” and to invest in it.
Similar to Lilita, the new company will operate in publishing new monthly magazines in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. With this, the Lilit brand will become the most important magazine brand in the Baltics.
Liepa, Skopina/ Borenius assisted ZGI in the processing of the documents of the deal and to establish a new company.
