Shareholders of SIA „Amaija” and „Nutricia International B.V.” concluded a Share Purchase Agreement in May. According to the provisions of the Agreement, shareholders of SIA „Amaija” sell and „Nutricia International B.V.” buys capital shares of SIA „Amaija”. The Agreement came into force after the performance of all the provisions, which included also receiving the authorization from the Competition Council.
Liepa, Skopiņa/ Borenius represented „Nutricia International B.V.” in the process of receiving of the authorization from the Competition Council.
