Attorneys at Law Liepa, Skopina /BORENIUS provided legal assistance to the land surveying and territorial planning company „Metrum” in acquisition of equity shares of the land surveying company „Topo 7”. This transaction was material both to Metrum and its holding company Latio, due to the fact that specialists of both the companies work with real estate development projects whose implementation require considerable amount of topographical services. To offer the capacity necessary for the construction branch, the topographical experience of both the companies was combined in order to jointly develop a strong topographic team for provision of services Latvia-wide. The major market share of Topo 7 for provision of topographical services is Riga and Jūrmala, where also most of the real estate development projects are implemented and where the demand for fast and quality based fulfillment of topographic orders is the largest.
